For any business to succeed, it must grow. To do this effectively, businesses need to foster strategic partnerships.

For Intuit, Thismoment happens to be one of their most important strategic partners in 2013.

Intuit hosts their annual Strategic Partner Summit to highlight and thank the business partners that have contributed to the company’s success in the past year. This year’s Summit included a nominee-pool comprised of their strategic vendors and partners.

As Intuit’s important strategic partner in 2013, Thismoment was recently awarded the coveted “Rising Star” Award.

Through our partnership, we enabled interactive digital campaigns like the Love Our Local Business campaign -- asking small businesses to submit “wishes” that could be granted with $5,000 cash prizes. [...]

We live in a world that’s buzzing with online conversations about brands. And, with user-generated content becoming more important, we’re faced with new challenges and opportunities to engage with audiences.

Throughout the year we give top brand marketers a forum to share their thoughts and experiences around the evolution of content marketing, best practices and trends.

We call this informal meeting of the minds our Momentum marketing forum, which most recently took place in New York City’s Gallow Green.

The discussions at Momentum NYC 2013 focused on social media’s impact on the way marketers build their brands. The Altimeter Group’s Rebecca Lieb (@lieblink) kicked off the discussion amongst attending brands and agencies (such as Deloitte, Fisher Price, IBM and Wunderman) about the democratization of content and what user-generated means in an ever-changing digital landscape.

In fact, “2013 [will mark] the end of traditional advertising and the start of a new era. [...]

Growing a small business is tough enough without the specter of a difficult economy looming overhead. So, in response to seeing many small businesses struggling in late 2012, Intuit set out to give $5,000 grants to 15 lucky proprietors who created multimedia content for the “Love Our Local Business” campaign.

Love Our Local Business was an overwhelming success, yielding thousands of entries and hundreds of votes per entry. The turnout prompted Intuit to double down and grant an additional 15 “wishes” to customers. [...]

When I was a kid, people would ask me what my name meant. And I can remember beaming with pride telling them it meant “to conquer.”  It hasn’t always been so easy explaining the name of our company.

Thismoment doesn’t fall into any obvious category, doesn’t roll off the tongue, and somehow invites more questions than answers. Those patient enough to learn about its origins are appreciated, but also few and far between.  Today, after more than five years and thanks to the work of our amazing brand marketing team, it all finally makes sense. Our lives are a series of moments, and every experience we have and connection we make happens within them. Most moments are drops in the river of time. [...]

If life boils down to one thing, it’s movement. To live is to keep moving. -Jerry Seinfeld
We tend to agree with Jerry.

Especially when it comes to digital marketing. Brand marketers like you must constantly adjust to an ever-changing technology landscape or be left behind and forgotten. [...]
